Guideposts Dementia Carers Group

A virtual support and information group for people whose lives are affected by dementia. Talks are given by guest speakers, followed by discussion amongst the group.

Dementia Wellbeing Hub

A supported and social space for people living with dementia and related conditions. Carers can enjoy reliable weekly respite and the opportunity to
gain support and guidance from knowledgeable dementia trained staff and other professionals.

Every Wednesday, 10.30 am – 3.30 pm, including lunch.
Or if you prefer come for a half day with lunch. Either 10.30 am – 1.30 pm or
12.30 pm – 3.30 pm.
