Guideposts Trust

Our mission is to make sure no-one with mental health challenges, learning disabilities or dementia is left behind.

Our specialist community hubs provide support and activity throughout the day to help people stay active, build skills, and connect with others.

We run a wide range of social groups out in the community as well as a one-to-one befriending service that you can access from home.

Our specialist coaching services provide long-term one-to-one support for people living with complex emotional needs and other mental health challenges.
