We run a number of services at Guideposts giving you the opportunity to go on trips out in your local area:

Community Support and Connect
Guideposts Community Support and Connect provides one-to-one peer support and support groups for people who experience mental health issues, in south west Hertfordshire.

CONNECT at Home
A friendly service for anyone looking for regular companionship, conversation and laughs, hobbies/activities, respite breaks, a listening ear or practical support with day to day living.

Cross Street Community Hub
At our Community Hub in Ware we offer a wide range of day activities for adults and young people who have a learning disability, and can support them in pursuing hobbies and activities, and developing their life skills.

GLADS Day Service
Our day centre GLADS offers regular trips out around Witney and further afield for its members, depending on what you want to do.

Never Seen, Never Been – Trips
Inspiring day trips and experiences for people living with learning disabilities, including adventurous day trips and longer breaks in 2024.

Our Space social group
'Our Space' in Chipping Norton is an inclusive fun social group for adults with disabilities and related conditions.

Stroud Community Hub
A friendly and vibrant place where adults with learning disabilities can come together to make friends, have fun, learn new skills, gain confidence and get involved in their local community.

The Albion Learning & Activity Day Service
Guideposts at The Albion offers regular trips out around Chipping Norton and further afield for its members, depending on what you want to do.
