We believe in people, not problems and together we can change lives.
Join the #GuidepostsCommunity today.

Each year, hundreds of disadvantaged people in local communities turn to Guideposts for help; people with mental health problems, learning disabilities, dementia, related conditions and their carers. Our door is always open, and with your support, it will continue to be – meaning people in need don’t face challenges alone and access vital care and support in their local communities.

As a charity, we need to find nearly £4 million to keep our services running each year. Most of this comes from our supporters, people like you, and each donation helps transform the lives of many, every single day.

To make a monetary donation, please click here to visit our Just Giving page and donate to those currently fundraising for Guideposts. To set up a regular donation please contact our Fundraising team on

To see who, what and where your donation goes click here and read our latest newsletter filled with good news stories from across the counties.

Volunteering with Guideposts is a great way to contribute your time and skills to your community – our services and projects rely on our volunteers to keep running. Please email for more information or to register your interest today.
