Our Monday catch-up session is a relaxed space to talk to other members and tell them about your weekend. It’s also a great chance to discuss what was on TV, and what your plans are for the week ahead! In this session we ensure that everyone gets a chance to have their say.

Anyone with autism or a learning disability can attend this group.
What do I need to attend?
No equipment needed to attend – just bring yourself!
About the host
Dan is our newest team member and is role is to provide a range of fun, varied and educational sessions on Better Connected. Dan grew up with Cerebral Palsy and has taken this experience to work in a variety of roles, including in the care sector and with his local church.
How to join
Become a member of Better Connected to access Monday catch-up. Membership costs £10 a month and gives you access to all of our online groups, as well as a monthly magazine with activities and competitions.
