Guideposts Welcomes New CEO
We are delighted to announce Kathryn Courtenay-Evans as our new CEO at Guideposts, who has taken up the position as of 1 June 2024.
Kathryn’s background started in research and insight consultancy and then moved into leading organisations and developing leadership teams. She is passionate about supporting people and through her consultancy she has supported employee, wellbeing and market engagement strategies, helping to build organisations’ strategies for resilient growth. She has worked with a wide range of sectors and brings this experience to the charity.
Kathryn enjoys making connections with people, supporting them, and is passionate about empowering mental health in the workplace. She also has personal experience of supporting a close family member, which helps her to understand how important our services are to our members, as well as to their families and carers.
As CEO for Guideposts, Kathryn has already seen the work first-hand the amazing people that work for the charity and has started to get to know the community. She said “I have been really impressed by what I have seen and the passion of the teams. I believe that the work Guideposts does, is playing a part in removing stigma and enabling better connected lives. I am excited to support the charity to positively impact more people, through expanding our services and developing the skills of our people.”
