Spring Newsletter from South West Hertfordshire
The latest newsletter from our team in south west Hertfordshire has lots of information, inspiration, and ideas to improve your wellbeing.
Having strong relationships that give a sense of love, belonging and acceptance is important in our lives. We spoke to some members of Guideposts’ Community Mental Health Hub at Henry Smith House, who told us why their friendships are so valuable.
the Guideposts community completed their Global Challenge, with 69 participants and a dog contributing steps, stomps, wheel rotations, and trots to a grand total of 21,989.5 miles, the equivalent of travelling all the way around the world.
On Guideposts' 50th Anniversary year we share the story of our charity: where we started from, the journey we have travelled so far, and a vision for the future of Guideposts Trust.
We would like to end the year by thanking the wonderful Guideposts teams who have worked tirelessly throughout this, another challenging year.
the Mayor of Watford Peter Taylor was a welcome visitor to Henry Smith House, our hub in Watford supporting people living with mental health conditions and their carers.
