Guideposts’ supportive community working from our Hub in Watford, Henry Smith House, provides a supportive space for people with mental health conditions, with the aims to improve wellbeing, reduce social isolation, and help people to find a greater purpose in life.

Guideposts Friendship Schemes support adults with learning disabilities in Stevenage, North Herts, St Albans and Harpenden to meet new people and develop meaningful relationships through a combination of one to one befriending, social group sessions and group outings.

Our Community Activity Scheme supports adults with learning disabilities to increase their independence, taking part in evening activities in small friendship groups in the local community in and around Ware.
