Who we are
We’re Guideposts Trust. Our mission is to ensure that nobody with mental health challenges, learning disabilities or dementia is left behind.
We run a range of services that are focused on helping people to achieve their potential regardless of their circumstances. We connect people together so that they can experience the joy that comes from friendship, activity, learning, purpose and occupation. We love what we do and we love seeing people flourish.

We are looking for new corporate partnerships. By working in partnership with Guideposts, your business can support people living with long term conditions, disability, or caring responsibilities to improve their mental health and wellbeing and help them feel included in their local communities.

Here are some of the team from Burford Garden Company, one of our corporate partners, visiting the nursery garden where they have kindly provided plants and gardening equipment, horticultural knowledge and advice, and a fair bit of elbow grease!
How your business could help Guideposts Trust
There are a range of ways you could support us:
- Financial support in the form of a one-off sponsorship payment towards one of our programs of work.
- Financial support in the form of an ongoing sponsorship, for example for the Better Connected Service.
- Donate products or services.
- Payroll giving from employees to the charity.
- Encourage your staff to volunteer for us.
- Ask your staff and customers to attend one of our events to discover more about our work.
- Share our social posts with your network.
- Host your own fundraising initiatives and activities.
