If you can’t go to your regular Yoga or Pilates class, or you want to start practising, don’t worry – there are plenty of ways to practice Yoga or Pilates from the comfort of your own home. On this page we’ve collected together exercises for a range of health conditions as well as live classes you can take part in with others.

Yoga videos

Pilates videos

  • Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility
