Learning disability-friendly activities
With many charities currently unable to deliver or limiting their face-to-face activities, a number of organisations have made their activity resources free to use at home.
Mencap TV

- Subjects include cooking, fitness, arts and crafts ideas, and quizzes.
Keeping fit and healthy at home

- Exercise options that can be done at home
Mencap Online Fitness Classes

- Online live classes every Tuesday and Thursday at 11am via zoom
- Classes last 45 minutes (with around 25-35 minutes of exercise)
- No equipment needed, just a bit of space and a chair for the sitting exercises.
Writing a Book

- Includes everything from collecting ideas, creating characters and planning the plot, to creating the cover artwork and illustrations.
