Come along to Music for Wellbeing on the first Tuesday of every month, upstairs in Witney Methodist Church (lift available).

This friendly group gets people together to make music and sing.  No musical or singing experience necessary!

It’s open to anyone who’d like to come along, everyone is welcome.
Tea and refreshments provided.

The group’s dementia-friendly so it’s enjoyable and supportive for people with memory loss, their carers and families too.

Free to attend; donations welcome. 
Wheelchair accessible.

Where? The Methodist Church, High Street, Witney, OX28 6HG

Getting there:

  • Free parking in the Witan Way/Waitrose car park.  Car park postcode for sat navs: OX28 6ZJ  (Ponden Home shop is nearest the back entrance of the church/car park). 
  • Bus stop = High St NE, outside Methodist Church (direction of Market Sq).  Bus routes =  https://bustimes.org/stops/340000908NOR
  • Bus stop = High St SW, opposite side of road from Methodist Church, near Niche salon/Denman’s butchers (direction of Bridge St).  Bus routes = https://bustimes.org/stops/340000908SOU

On Arrival:

  • Room directions from rear entrance of Church:  Head for Ponden Home shop, the church’s rear entrance is in front of you, to the right of the underwear shop, Keress.  The stairs to the Upper Hall are just inside the rear entrance, on your right.  For the lift, go through the back entrance and it’s on the left.
  • Room directions from front entrance of Church:
  • Go through the front entrance, straight through the café area, straight through double doors to back of building. The lift is on the right, you need to choose level 2.  For the stairs, continue past lift, through the next door towards back of building and the stairs to the Upper Hall are on your left.
