The London Revolution
September 2022!

We would love to find a team of people to ride the weekender 156 Mile Challenge Cycle in the London Revolution.

Conquer the epic 156.9 mile loop of London and be part of the UK’s greatest two day cycle event!

The weekender route starts by heading clockwise, south from Lee Valley Showground, you join the top section of the London 2012 Olympic Road Race route. Then you cycle through Central London along the Cycle Superhighway taking in the iconic sights – the London Eye, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament.

After clearing the Capital, you are faced with the stunning climbs and descents of the North Downs before cycling west to Windsor Great Park. Here you can unwind and celebrate the day’s achievements at our Festival Basecamp.

Following a night’s rest, it is time to get back in the saddle for the slightly shorter day back via the Chiltern Hills and ancient Epping Forest. This challenging route is guaranteed to make it a weekend to remember!

With a minimum fundraising target of £450, you will get up to 70% off your registration fee and Guideposts will partfund your place* and will provide you with all the support and materials to help you reach your target.

*All Inclusive Weekender package fee to individual (£64)

About Guideposts

Guideposts is a UK based charity working with people, and local communities, to help them access the support, opportunities and skills they need to overcome social challenges, improve their wellbeing and change their lives.

We run a range of services that are focused on helping people to achieve their potential regardless of their circumstances. We connect people together so that they can experience the joy that comes from friendship, activity, learning, purpose and occupation. We love what we do and we love seeing people flourish.

Many of the people we support come from the most disadvantaged groups in our society, including children and adults with additional needs and disabilities, people with mental health problems, older people with dementia and other neuro-degenerative conditions, and the families or carers of all these groups. We believe that all people should be equally valued and have an equal chance to live the best life possible, that is why we do what we do.

Together we are the Guideposts community, helping each other to achieve better wellbeing.
