Stress & anxiety support during COVID-19

In this time of ongoing uncertainty, the Guideposts Information Service is offering free support to anyone currently struggling with stress, anxiety or fatigue.

You may have noticed since the beginning of the pandemic that you’ve started to worry more often, compulsively check the news, find it difficult to concentrate, or struggle to sleep. Or perhaps you have worries about the future you’d like to talk through with someone. Our aim is to support you to feel like yourself again.

Over a series of sessions, our advisers will help you to:

  • Identify what’s worrying you and what triggers feelings of stress
  • Practice useful strategies to tackle unhelpful feelings and symptoms as they arise
  • Problem-solve the challenges you’re facing
  • Access further support if needed
