Growing Demands & Hot Prospects

With growing demand for our outdoor services, our current Oxfordshire base is too small and limiting, however, an exciting opportunity has arisen for our Dig N Grow project to relocate to a larger, more accessible plot, allowing for a range of new training, support and activities for people of all ages, abilities and support needs.

The new site would give a unique chance for users to be closer to nature, in a peaceful and safe setting surrounded by woodland, farm life and wildlife. Adjacent to a chilli farm, it would also open opportunities for work placements for users who want to build their network skills and prove a wider range of volunteer opportunities.

To make the move, Guideposts needs to fundraise £24, 549 – the cost of relocating, adapting, insulating and equipping buildings with an acccessible kitchen and toilets. Relocation will not only allow us to increase the range of activities, it will also enable us to support three time as many people.
