Memory

Celebrate the life and memory of your loved one, and help us to continue our mission to leave no one behind for future generations.

Giving in memory of a loved one is a very special gift, however big or small. It warms our hearts when people tell us about the loved ones they are remembering. You may like to visit our Book of Remembrance here.

If you would like to set up a fundraiser to encourage other friends and family to join in giving in memory, we suggest setting up a Just Giving In Memory page, or a Tribute on Much Loved.

An In Memory page gives you and your loved ones a place to share memories, photos and personal messages, as well as the opportunity to make a donation.

Please get in touch if you would like donations to go to a specific project, or for any assistance.

Supporting our work helps people to live happy and independent lives, supporting physical and mental wellbeing to avoid falling into crisis.

None of us know what the future will bring, but with your support Guideposts will continue to do our best to ensure no-one falls between the cracks.

If you prefer to make a payment over the phone, would like us to send you a paper form to complete, or have any queries please don’t hesitate to contact us.
